Activities - Third Grade Students

Blue-eyed Doll

   July 5
We went to the Hirobuchi Kindergarten to find out about the Blue-eyed Dolls. They were given before World War II for the purpose of friendship between America and Japan.
The Blue-eyed Doll is now on display at a museum. The students asked many questions about the Blue-eyed Dolls. The director of the kindergarten politely answered questions one by one.
The Blue-eyed Doll also has a change of clothes. There are also clothes like those of a bride. The doll wears these cute socks.
